What does Gantharri mean?
Gantharri is a Ngarluma word that has two meanings. It means Queen Bee whilst also meaning maternal Grandmother.
What is your return policy?
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase please contact Gantharri and we will work out a solution for you. Please contact Gantharri within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is to pay for any returns of items and full refunds are at the discretion of Gantharri .
Can I wear your clothing if I am not a First Nations person?
Yes! Gantharri is made to be inclusive of everybody and all garments are ally-friendly.
What is your size range?
At Gantharri you will find fashion in regular and plus-sizes. We design clothing generally from size 8-22 with plans to extend sizing in the very near future. Fit information is given in each of the product descriptions. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions you may have.
Is everything you sell made in Australia?
No. Many of our garments are designed, pattern made, printed and cut here in Australia however some of our range has been ethically manufactured overseas. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
When will I be charged postage?
Any purchase from this site below $300 will be charged $15 postage. Above $300 the postage is free. We only post our products within Australia currently. If you are international and wish to purchase please contact us and we will calculate your postage individually.
Where is my order coming from?
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We generally ship out your order between 1-48 hours after it has been placed.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes in Australia
